RULES
1. Best of three, one player hosts a game then neutral if 1-1.
2. Maps in order: Rust Scrapyard then Highrise if 1-1.
3. No Scrambler or Steady Aim.
4. No Lightweight or Coldblooded.

5. Proof may be needed if both players are saying different things etc.. OraqL says he won but Phantz says he won.
