Rules –

1.) All players MUST record demo at all time
 2.) cup is VETO

 3.) To call a no show you must wait 10 minutes before messaging an admin on IRC
 4.) If the score is a draw after all the rounds, you play mr3 until there is a winning team
 5.) You may request at most 2 demos per map
 6.) If you abuse an admin you will be kicked from the cup
 7.) Admin ALWAYS have the last say
 8.) Killspecs are allowed if your opponents agrees to it.
 9.) Punkbuster MUST be enabled
10.) PM the score to an Admin in IRC room
