System:          Double elimination, Bo3 format, except for the final game which is Bo5.

All maps are to be played with Weapon Respawn time set to 5.

To enforce this rule, type /cv wr 5 in your console.

Map pick:       

First a coin is tossed. (/cv random 2) The winner of the toss gets to choose  the first map, and the loser of the toss picks the second map. If a third map is  needed to decide the winner, the player with fewer frags from both the first  and the second match combined gets to eliminate a map from the remaining  3 maps, after which the player with the overall highest amount of frags eliminates one of the remaining 2 maps.

Server pick:   

Players should choose a server where the pings are fair. If people from outside of europe cannot find a suitable server, the match is to be played on a european server. Please note that the map requirements are met only on some servers.

Settings:           

Rate must be set to 25000 Cl_maxpackets must be set to 125 when com_maxfps is 125, or 100 when com_maxfps is set to 100. Cheating will get you kicked out of the cup. All players must send their end-game screenshot of the match to either of the  admins. All players also should be able to provide a demo of the game, if they are asked to do so by the admins. Setting cg_autoAction to 6 is strongly encouraged.

Communication:

• All participants have to join #kenyacpm @ Quakenet.
• All participants must use the same nickname on irc that they used to
• sign up on Challonge.
• All players must check in. To check in, pm one of the admins on IRC. Check-in starts 30 minutes prior to the cup.
