Tournament Match Settings:

Game Type: Execution

Number of Rounds: 4

Bleed out Duration: 20

Round Duration: 4

Friendly Fire: ON

Weapon Swap: Hammer of Dawn traded for Boomshot (For example: There would be a boomshot on fuel depot, where Hammer of Dawn is.) All other weapons are normal. Just make sure you don’t trade Boomshot for Hammer of Dawn…go down to the Hammer of Dawn option & enter Boomshot. Everything else is normal.

 

    Each match will be played best of 3 maps.
    
    The higher ranked team (the team on top on the bracket, the one with the number to the
    
    left of the team name that is closer to 1) will host the first map. The hosting team will
    
    pick whichever of the following maps they chose;
    
    
    Gridlock
    Mansion
    Clocktower
    Fuel Depot
    Canals
    War Machine
    
    The lower ranked team (below on the bracket, further from 1) will host the second map.
    
    They will also host a map of their choice, different from the first map hosted.
    
    If one team wins both maps, they advance to the next round. If there is a split in maps,
    
    whichever team won more rounds combined in the two maps will host the final map. If there
    
    is a tie in rounds, whichever team is lower seeded (further from 1) will host the third
    
    map. This third map will be decided by the NON-hosting team.
    
    
    Example 1:
    
    Team seeded 7 vs Team seeded 2
    
    Team seeded 2 hosts first and chooses Gridlock. Team seeded 2 win 4-2.
    
    Team seeded 7 hosts second on Mansion and loses 3-4.
    
    Team 2 advances.

    Team seeded 7 vs Team seeded 2
    
    Team seeded 2 hosts first and chooses Clocktower. They win 4-0.
    
    Team seeded 7 hosts second and chooses Gridlock. They win 4-1.
    
    Team 2 will host the final map, since they’ve won a total of 5 maps and Team 7 won 4. Team
    
    7 picks the map and chooses Canals. Team 2 wins 4-3.

    Team 2 hosts first and chooses War Machine. They lose 2-4.
    
    Team 7 hosts second and chooses Mansion. They lose 2-4.
    
    The teams were tied in rounds, so the lower seeded team (team 7) gets the advantage and
    
    hosts. Team 2 chooses the map for them and chooses Canals. Team 7 wins 4-3.
    
    Team 7 advances.

If you have a capture card you will need to record. If you don’t have a capture card you will still need to submit proof of your match if the opposing team says you didn’t win. Anything from HD video proof to a picture from a phone of the score board after each map will count, as long as I can read it. If you don’t have a capture card I suggest you take a picture of the lobby afterwards after EACH map, so you will have proof.

On a cool little side note for everyone with capture cards after you have recorded your games, save the files. I will be making a video of the best moments in the tourny, you best kills, clutches, etc. I will make a video on this on my channel after the tourny is over sort of like a quick competitive montage, & I will leave each of the players links in the descripion.

 

In conclusion: Have fun with this tournament! You will have exactly 10 days PER round of the tournament to play your match, that’s about a week & a half so you should have plenty of time, even with time zone difficulties. This means that the main tourny will last about a month, then there will be the final match! HAVE FUN. Everyone should have enough time to get in their matches & there will be TWO prizes for BOTH winners of this 2v2 tourny, one prize would be dumb for 2 people..lol..so play hard & have a good time!
