Welcome to the first ever SC2 Peeptacular (Diamond and Masters edition)

This is the sign-up page for the Platinum 3 - Diamond 2 tournament.

·         Date/ time: Sunday, October 4^th 2020, @12:00PM MST

o   I will update the Challonge page with the date and time, it should display the time for the tournament in the time you have set on your computer, if not google the time so you don’t miss it.

General/ Rules:

·         Check-in time will be THIRTY (30) MINUTES before the start of the tournament (11:30AM MST!!!!!) Please make sure you check in so that the brackets will update properly!

·         All games will be organized through the Peeptacular in game channel on the American server (when in game type “/join Peeptacular”)

·         If you have not signed up for the tournament yet, you can sign-up until ONE (1) HOUR before the start of the tournament.

·         Players must use their first chosen race throughout the entire length of the tournament, there is no switching allowed at any point. Random is counted as a race.

Format:

·         All matches are a BO3 format, except for the finals which are BO5.

·         Matches are single elimination, meaning if you lose your BO3 you are out. HOWEVER, there is a 3^rd place/ bronze match, so please continue to check the bracket, because you may still need to play this match.

·         Map choices will be as follows:

o   For the BO3 series’:

§  Bans are A-B-B-A

§  Picks are A-B-C

o   For the BO5 series:

§  Bans are A-B

§  Picks are A-B-A-B-C

o   A = higher seed (bottom person in the bracket), C = loser of the previous match

Tournament:

·         Players must report within 15-minutes of their first game or their match will be considered forfeit (player who has reported will advance)

·         Players are allowed a maximum of a 5-minute break between matches

·         Games are to be played on LE maps with the GameHeart mod

o   The GameHeart mod will not affect your gameplay in anyway, it simply changes the observer UI

o   To use the GameHeart mod select the map you would like to play, and then press on “create with mod” at the bottom, scroll through the list and select “WCS GameHeart”

·         It is the responsibility of the winner to report the match score via the challenge website, this includes forfeits
