Time2Treaty 2017
Max combined current team elo is 4700
Map pool consists of the following:
ESOC Andes UI 2.2
Toluca UI 2.2
ESOC Northern California UI 2.2
Until the round of 4, every game is a BO1; each team has the right to veto one map, and the team with the higher combined elo picks their veto first.
The round of 4 onwards will be a best of 3. As it’s a bo3, there will be no map veto’s, however to add a slight twist there will be one civ veto per team. The team with the higher elo will pick their civ veto first.
Rules:
Any mod is forbidden, only Ekanta UI and rotator mod is allowed, players must make a screenshot at 39 mins into the game, and every game should be rec’d.
You are allowed to take treasures at any point of the map, however ALL units must be on your side of the map before the fighting starts.
Smurfing is not allowed, anyone resulting in smurfing will have both them and their teammate disqualified instantaneously.
No double civs are allowed on a single team, for example only one player can play German on a single team. Also its not allowed to play the civ Sioux because its not ballanced.
Each team can rehost a game once before the 2 minute mark before a BO1, for example if someone chooses a wrong deck or if someone drops. After the 2 minute mark all 4 players have to agree to a rehost. Casters can decide on a rehost if there is any map screws etc...
All games have to be played within 2 weeks since the scheduling thread is up, a one week extension may be provided if there is a legitimate reason why they are unable to play during this time. If the games are still no longer played after the 1 week extensive the team who made the most effort/ realistic scheduling (no #playtodays, or 25gmts) will be granted the admin win.
