Rules (Any Delays caused by not knowing these will result in DQ):

1. Pools and Top 8 are 2/3 sets

2. Winner's, Loser's and Grand Finals are all 3/5

3. I will most likely be streaming everything due to the nature of parsec, but if you and your opponent agree to it, you guys can do your match off stream.

4. Loser gets to pick first, they're allowed to pick the winners character and force the winner to pick someone else. Winswitching when they don't pick your character however is banned.

6. If you want to test out your connection to Parsec with me, you are strongly encouraged

7. If you are caught tampering with your scores, you will be eliminated.

10. Red Hook, Crow's Office, 125th Street Station, Dragon House and Gun Hill Garage are banned.

11. The loser gets to pick the stage, they cannot however pick a stage that they previously won on in the set.
