Also PLEASE be present in the tournament live stream chat - located HERE: https://www.twitch.tv/emperor__snow . PLEASE arrive 15 mins. before your event tournament starts to MAKE SURE you check in during role call. Check in will be done in respective tournament game discord channel by tournament staff AND through challonge.com (where you signed up) BY YOU. This way we can start the first series of matches with people who are actively present. You WILL be notified (via challonge.com) of when check-in starts and when your tournament matches are avilable to be played.

* Players who are NOT present during role call AND who DO NOT check-in via challonge.com will NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TOURNAMENT. There will be no players added to the bracket once the tournamet officially starts.

Players who did check-in and participated in role call and who are NOT present for their tournament matches will be disqualified. AFTER all available matches in winner's bracket with active players have passed during parallel round of the tournament, those disqualified players will first be sent to the loser's bracket. If disqualified players arrive in time during their turn to play their loser's bracket match, they may play it. But if the disqualified player is NOT available to play their loser's bracket match, then that player will be disqualified again and OUT of the tournament.

* If there are connection issues between active players. One of the following will happen:

PLEASE NOTE!!! PLAYERS WILL BE ASKED TO PROVE THEIR INTERNET CONNECTION QUALITY VIA DOING A COMMAND PROMPT SPEED TEST ON YOUR PC (open "command prompt" and type in the following: "ping 8.8.8.8 -n 100" , then hit enter). YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SHOW YOUR RESULTS TO THE TOURNAMENT STAFF BY TAKING A PIC WITH YOUR CELL PHONE OR TAKING A SCREEN SHOT OF YOUR PC. MORE INFO ON HOW, AND WHY, TO DO THIS IS LOCATED HERE: https://www.reddit.com/r/Fighters/comments/gd7rw7/lag_testing_a_guide_for_competitors_and_tos/ . IF YOU DONT HAVE A PC, THEN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PROVE YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION QUALITY BY USING YOUR GAME CONSOLE (go to your network settings on your game console and do a speed test there. And again, you will need to show the results via screen shot or take a pic with your cell phone). IF YOUR CONSOLE DOES NOT HAVE A SPEED TEST OPTION, THEN GO TO YOUR CONSOLE'S INTERNET BROWSER. GO TO https://testmyspeed.onl/ > SELECT NEAREST SERVER > AND PERFORM THE SPEED TEST (the upload segment of the speed test might error, this is normal. And again, you will need to show the results via screen shot or take a pic with your cell phone). IF YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION QUALITY IS POOR OR UNSUITABLE, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM THE TOURNAMENT.

1.) Match will be decided by coin flip if players cant agree on playing the match with available connection quality.

2.) If one player agrees to play the match with current connection quality and the other player refuses to. Then the refusing player will be disqualified and moved either to the loser's bracket or out of the tournament.
