For Ember's Birthday, her goal is to raise as much money as possible for The Trevor Project, a wonderful organization providing free resources to the LGBT community. Come join in the celebration of her birthday in this Guilty Gear Strive tournament & charity event :)

Check-ins will start in Discord 6PM EST. PLEASE have your discord name match your challonge name for communications.

REGISTRATION ENDS AT CHECK-IN TIME

So make sure you're registered at least 30 minutes early, this gives us time to seed the tournament and set up our early streamed matches to help us have a smooth start to the tournament.

TOURNAMENT RULES

This tournament is PC only

All games use standard settings.

All Games are First to Three (FT3)

Double Elimination

The winner must keep the same character. Loser can switch their character.

Allowed stages:

- 12-Dimensional Flux Observatory

- "A Happy Family"

- Council of Three

- Lars Canyon

- Seventh Heaven District

When / Where to play

As a general rule, Losers' Bracket games should play off-stream as soon as they're ready UNTIL reaching the top 8. Non-streamed matches should be played in Parks, please ping your opponent to arrange where to meet up (Ex; EC60)

Connectivity

Our goal is to offer a relatively relaxed tournament that can include as many folks as possible. With that in mind, we don't have any hard requirements for the quality of each player's internet connection. Not every connection is going to be ideal, unfortunately, but hopefully, everything is reasonably playable.

That said, our preferred standard is for every player to have an upload speed above 5 Mbps and jitter under 6 ms. Connections can be checked at https://speed.cloudflare.com/

In the case of serious, unplayable connection issues, please notify the TO right away. The TO will ask both players to submit a screenshot of their results from the connection test linked above; the winner will be determined at the TO's discretion according to connection quality, or by coin flip if necessary.
