Ban stages as normal (G&W hammer to see who bans first and then DM each other your bans)

Final Destination is starter, Pokemon stadium (frozen) is Counterpick

If opponent does not show DQ them after 10 mins from asking to play. 

No smurfing at any point during tourney. Anyone caught will be banned from the next. Repeated smurfing will lead to longer bans. 

No sharing of setups as this delays the tournament and isn't fun for anyone.

If a person consistently lags then players must call for a TO to test both players connection. The source of the lag will have to DQ into losers/the tourney itself

Wobbling is banned
