四个服务器共6个海选小组，选手未获晋级名额可重复报名参赛，16强均有奖金和EPT积分。
各服务器晋级名额： CN=1；KR=7；EU=6；AM=2
时间：11月6日，比赛21：00（CST）开始，签到在比赛开始前 1 小时开启
服务器：中国，频道“next2021”
赛制：单淘汰，全程BO3， BAN图使用abab abc，第一名晋级正赛

问题处理：
1.不进行比分登记或遇问题没有联系admin，一切结果需自行承担
2.超过15分钟对手没有出现，可获得本场比赛胜利，由不可抗力因素导致无法对战，必须及时向对手和admin反馈
3.任何怀疑对手作弊或违反任何不当行为的选手，应在暂停比赛后立即向组织者报告。
玩家必须遵守暴雪娱乐公司《星际争霸II：虚空的遗产》的规则。任何使用外部程序或违反游戏条款和条件的行为都将失去永久参赛资格，并且反馈至暴雪。

Players must change their display name to their player name or risk incorrect EPT seeding.
NeXT2021-S2, all players are welcomed to register.
There are 16 groups in the Qualifiers. The first place in the group will qualify for the group stage. Players who are not eligible for the group stage can repeat the game. You can get bonuses and EPT points when you enter the group stage.
In the Qualifier, the groups in each server: CN=1; AS=7; EU=6; AM=2
Time: November 6, starting at 22:00（KST）, check in 60 minutes before game start.
Server: China, channel "next2021"
Competition system: single elimination, All BO3, ABAB ABC in the BAN map, the first place to advance to the playoffs
Map: Ladder Map
Live broadcast: some games will be broadcast live by SCBOY, on those games SCBOY must be in the game room before start.

Check in: check in 60 minutes before game start.
Score report: players should register their own score, please contact admin for questions during the event
Trouble shooting:
1. Player should take all responsibility by himselffor not registering the score or not contacting admin when trouble occurs.
2.AutoWin when opponent player doesn't show in for over 15 minutes. Please contact your opponent and admin immediately if you can not attend on time due to majeure factors.
3.Any player who suspects his opponent cheating or violating any regulations must pause the game and report to admin immediately.
Players must follow the regulations and rules of Blizzard Entertainment's "StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void". Any use of external programs or violation of the terms and conditions of the game will lose permanent eligibility to participate and will be reported to Blizzard.
