Open SEAs is a free for all Hisoutensoku tournament series, wherein everyone from any skill level may enter. Only players from Southeast Asia may enter. Active non-southeast Asians in the server are also allowed to join, as long as they have a reasonable ping to most participants.

Open SEAs will apply a banning system, wherein each champion of each Open SEAs will be banned from entering any other Open SEAs events. All champions of all Open SEAs events will get the Captain role forever as a prize (basically bragging rights).

Where: Curiosities of Southeast Asia (CoSEA) discord server, #tourney-channel
