2011 HSSTL Pre-Season – Tourny (Unranked)
Single Elimination
Rules
Early rounds: Bo1
Quarter finals: Bo3
Semi finals: Bo3
Finals: Bo5
First, tell your opponent your race. If you want a double-blind pick, you may request one and both players will PM a referee their race for that match.
You cannot change your race from set to set, but you can from match to match.
To pick the first map, both players must agree. If there is no agreement, then…
the higher seeded player (the player listed higher) will ban a map first. Bans will be in a 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 order; the higher seeded player bans first and the lower seeded player bans the last map.
For the next sets, the loser of the respective previous set will choose the map.
Players may not play on the same map more than once unless agreed upon.
If you are 10 minutes late to a match, you may be DQ’.
Spectators are allowed only if both players agree.
All spectators except referees or casters will have to leave upon the first complaint of lag.
