• Higher seed (whoever has the lower number in the bracket) chooses to be A or B. 
• Bo3 veto process is ABBA BAC.
• Bo5 veto process is AB ABABC.

Servers:

EU vs NA: games of odd number are played on NA east, of even number are played on EU

EU vs KR/SEA: games are played on NA Central

NA vs KR/SEA: Games are played on NA West
