- Early February start

- Prize pool

- Must have a PB posted to SRC 1 week prior to event start to lock in seeding. Zero exceptions.

- NES and FC versions (SMBUSA) both allowed including emulator and Wii/WiiU/Switch, no All Stars or Advanced
