TACO Fall 2015

PLEASE CLICK BELOW TO SEE FULL DESCRIPTION AND RULES!

TACO: Fall 2015, for fans of The Angry Chicken podcast!

* You must be in Twitch chat for the duration of your participation in the tournament! http://twitch.tv/Amovetv *

If you have any questions about the rules, please contact GISgamer through Challonge.

Rules:

1. If you do not set your name in the bracket to be your full Battle Tag (Name#1234) and the three classes you are choosing to bring BEFORE check in begins, you will be removed from the bracket.

2. Check in begins on Challonge one hour prior to the tournament (11 AM EDT). If you are a no show in Round One, you will be replaced as long as there are eligible people on the wait list. If there are no more eligible people waiting, then you opponent will advance to Round Two.

3. DO NOT START PLAYING until the bracket has been finalized. Since we are not seeding players, there is one final shuffle of opponents when everyone has checked in. If you play the wrong opponent, you will be considered a no show and will be removed from the tournament.

4. No wait list replacements will occur for DQ's or no shows past Round One, the qualified player will simply move on to the next round.

5. You cannot change your decks or classes once the tournament begins. No sideboarding.

6. You must win with each class you bring. Once you win a match, you can't use that class again in that best of 5 round.

7. Rounds begin once every 2 hours (12PM EDT, 2PM EDT, and 4PM EDT). Games are played Saturday and Sunday, with the finals being played live on Sunday at 7PM EDT.

8. There will be a 15 minute grace period. If you are not online and playing your games within that grace period, your opponent will advance and you will be eliminated.

9. Participants are responsible for reporting scores through the Challonge bracket. Remember to screen shot all wins in case of a score dispute. Screen shots do not need to be submitted unless a dispute is filed.

10. Any score disputes or no shows should be reported to GISgamer through Challonge.

11. No Hearthstone playing bots allowed. Any program that automates things you could otherwise track on paper i.e. Hearthstone Deck Tracker, are allowed.

12. If your opponent disconnects from a game, the player who remains counts as the winner for that game. If your opponent reconnects, continue with the next game. You are not allowed to reuse the deck you won with due to the DC, because it does count as winning with that deck.

13. Once you have entered a match against your opponent, you cannot cancel the challenge for any reason. Players who cancel challenges will be disqualified as cancelling the challenge within Hearthstone could indicate sideboarding. A screen shot from the opponent clearly indicating the time in game and the player "Browsing the Collection" is required to verify a cancelled challenge. If you DC, make sure to challenge your opponent straight from the main menu to avoid being reported.

If you choose to stream your matches, use a delay. If you would like people to be able to easily locate your stream, tweet it out with the hashtag #TACOstream!

Good luck everyone!!! <3 Joce
