- The TO will select one match from each Winners Round to put on stream until Winners Finals is played out on stream. After which the TO will stream matches from losers until the tournament is over.
- NOTE: The TO has a wired gigabit internet connection on the west coast that is capable of hosting netplay matches without hindrance for other WC players.
- Brackets are seeded based on position on AnthersLadders rankings, brackets will finalize seed at the beginning of Check-In time. If a player is unranked, they will be unseeded.
- Semis/Finals are Bo5. All other matches are Bo3.
RULES:
- Dolphin 7161 will be used for all matches
- Game Settings: 4 Stock, 8 Minute Time Limit, No Items, Pause Disabled, 2/3 Games
- Starter stages: Yoshi’s Story, Fountain of Dreams, Final Destination, Battlefield, Dream Land.
- Counter-pick stages: Pokemon Stadium.
- Wobbling is legal. Freezing and infinite stalling are not legal.
- First stage is decided by banning from the Starter Stages in P1-P2-P2-P1 order.
- Winning player is not locked into the same character for the next match, but has to pick before loser selects character.
- Following stages decided by winner banning one stage from all stages and then loser choosing.
- Any matches that are best of five, there are no stage bans.
- You may not choose a stage you have already won on unless mutually agreed to.
- Contestants decide who hosts
- Scores shall be reported to tournament organizer
- If check in is completed early by all contestants, we shall start early
- Make sure to be in the meleenetplaylive chat on AnthersLadder or you will be removed from tournament
- If you wish, use Anther's Ladder for your matches.
