Rules:

*All monsters from Extra Decks must wait one turn before attacking

*Cheaters automatically lose

*Match Winners, like Final Countdown, Exodia, etc. are forbidden. if they are in your deck you cannot declare a win with them. if you have the complete exodia cards in your hand at once you must discard them.

*All duelling will be played on Dueling Network

*No Divine-Beasts, Sacred Beast or Malefic monsters

*Dueling Network Admins. Will supervise, so the cheaters. beware.
