Organized by
- Round Robin Matches to determine seeds 1-4, followed by playoffs as a single elimination bracket.
- A match for third place will occur before the grand finals.
- All Round Robin matches will be best-of-one. All Playoff matches will be best-of-three with the finals being a best-of-five.
- Picking Format:
- Round Robin: drop, drop, drop, drop, drop, drop
- Playoff Bracket: drop, drop, pick, pick, drop, drop
- Grand Finals: pick, pick, pick, pick, drop, drop
- The winner of a cointoss will decide which team picks or drops first. This applies to all matches.
- Points: Win = 2 points. OT Loss = 1 point. Loss = 0 points.
- Tie Breaker = Total Caps Scored.
