[CFG] KOF XIII RanBat #1-1: Invitation

First official ranbat for The King of Fighters XIII for Columbus FIghting Games, to be held monthly at Donatos at 2084 North High Street in Columbus, Ohio and lasting for a total of 6 months. Swiss format will be the default format, although this will be adjusted if numbers are small for a given week. For beginners and experts alike - Swiss format will match you with similarly skilled players each new round, so if you've always wanted to give the game a shot, jump in and enter!
