We recommend all participants assign themselves the Competitor (Rev2) Role using the #roles channel in the DoR Discord server.

In order to help tournament administration, players' nick- or usernames on this Discord server should match the nicknames they used to register for the tournament on Challonge.

The tournament will begin at 7:30pm CET (15 minutes after the check-in period ends).

Tournament matches are played following a double-elimination first-to-2 format.
Winners and Losers Finals sets are played in a first-to-3 format.
The Grand Finals set is played in a first-to-5 format and there will be no reset if the player coming from Losers Side wins.

The losing player can switch their character between games in a set. The winning player is only allowed to switch their character between sets.

Results can be reported in the #results channel in the DoR Discord server, however, in order to speed up the tournament administration process we would appreciate if participants reported the results of their sets directly in the Challonge bracket.

Please report the full score of every set as every point matters for the calculation of the players' scores.

All players are required to a wired connection within Europe. In the case of a player complaining about lag, both players will do a connection test with one of the tournament staff or a volunteer. If an unstable connection is detected, the corresponding player will be disqualified.

In the event of a disconnection, the players decide in what capacity the match is to be replayed. If the players cannot find a compromise and neither player can be identified as the cause of the issue, the player who was in the lead at the time of the disconnect wins the game.

Players have 5 minutes to be present for their matches. If a player cannot be contacted by the TO during this time and fails to notify them of any delays, the player in question will suffer a set loss.

Once a set starts, players have 15 minutes to complete their matches. Participants who fail to report the results of their sets in the Challonge bracket or in #results and fail to notify the TO of any delays will both suffer a disqualification.

Participants in streamed sets are required to join a specific lobby that will be posted in the #tourney-announcements in the DoR Discord when check-in ends.
