CUPSC Pool Singles Knockout 2017-18
*Please contact your opponent and complete your first round match before the end of Michaelmas*
It is advisable to contact each other significantly in advance of the deadline for your
match, so you can agree a suitable time and venue. In the event of a dispute the
player in the top bracket should offer three times on different days to play (with no
less than 48 hours to that time). The opponent must select one of these giving a
minimum of 24 hours notice. You must have League Secretary's permission to
complete the match after the deadline (ad805).
The deadlines for each match and the default frame length are below (providing both
players agree you can choose any number of frames to play to) : -
Round 1: Wed 29th November (Race to 3)
Round 2: Wed 24th January (Race to 3)
Round 3: Wed 7th February (Race to 4)
Round 4: Wed 21st February (Race to 5)
Semi-finals: Wed 14th March (Race to 6)
The cost of games should be split equally and games are played according to Part 1
and 2 of the college rules: - http://www.cupc.co.uk/college/leaguerules.php
Breaks are determined by a lag (or coin toss if preferred). After the game the winner is
responsible for uploading the score correctly.
