This is an international bracket, there are no restrictions on participant rank.

You must wait for matches to be called in the discord by a tournament organizer. You cannot start your set unless a TO has called it. The winner of the set must report their own scores. If there is a discrepancy, take it up in the discord and we will work to solve it.
