- Game settings: 2/3 rounds, 99 seconds, 2/3 games until finals matches.
- 3/5 games for Winners, Losers, and Grand Finals.
- PC players are NOT allowed to play their matches in windowed mode.
- Winners must keep the same character. However, they are allowed to change their V-Skill and V-Trigger. Losers can switch their character, V-Skill, and V-Trigger.
- Balrog Gutsman, Blanka's Nergigante, Blanka Story, Ed's Nero, Gill's Pyron, M.Bison Astarot, Necalli Halloween, Rashid Airman, Rashid Viewtiful Joe R.Mika Professional, Ryu Mega Man, Urien Halloween, and Urien Wesker costumes are all banned from Tournament play
- Kanzuki Beach, Flamenco Tavern, Skies of Honor, Field of Fate and Mysterious Cove stages are banned from Tournament play.
- We strongly encourage everyone to play their matches on The Grid if possible

- WIRED CONNECTIONS ONLY. Players found using a wireless connection will be removed and banned from the tournament.
- Only 1 account per player can compete in the tournament.
- Players are not allowed to share accounts or consoles.
- Players must have an upload speed above 3 Mbps and jitter under 6 ms.
- Connections can be checked at https://speed.cloudflare.com/
- Players may be required by the @Admin to provide a screenshot of their internet connection speeds as well as a picture of their network connection.
- If you do not cooperate upon request, you will be disqualified.
- Notify the @Admin immediately if there are any connection issues with another player. Do not wait until the set is over. If players are unable to connect to each other or the match is unplayable, winner will be determined by coin flip or at the discretion of the @Admin.
