It's the weekend, and we're looking for A WHOLE LOT of Dart Players. Let's show the 209 that there are players further out, ready to challenge them!
If there's more than 24 players, I'll look to see if we can do a real A/B type split ... and have a C-B tourney (auto-handicap), and a BB-S tourney (also auto-handicap).

- 4+ Ratings Difference, Lower Rated Player is First in First Four Games
