Defend The Gates XIV: Snappy's Quest For Redemption!

PC UNI-CLR Discord Tournament for Jan  27th 2020.
https://discord.gg/NaW4t4n

Best of 3 during tournament and Best of 5 for Winners/Losers/Finals.

Tournament Guidelines

1. Discord ONLY Tournament. If someone wants in on the tournament then they can request a discord link from myself, Nightbot, or asking a mod or admin. Last minute entries will not be tolerated. If you cannot make a tournament let the Discord know before hand. Tournaments have to start on time. If you cannot make your match then you will be penalized with a loss.

2. We will check the Challonge links frequently to see if a non Discord member joins the bracket. If someone notices an outsider let myself or an mod/admin know and we will remove them.

3 Both opponents are responsible for telling the outcome of their game.

4. All participants must check themselves in 5 minutes before the tournament starts. This can be done via VC, Twitch,  or via the tournament lobby.

5. If both players are ready and started the game it is not allowed to hold extra breaks that are not allowed in game.

6. Must allow intros to be played. *mandatory

General 1. I will assume that each participant who enter a tournament is aware of all the rules and checks them periodically . Insufficient knowledge of the rules can not be used as an excuse for breaking the rules. 2. Every participant who breaks a rule, will be punished. The exact way of punishment will be decided by the Admin involved. Examples of punishments are: 3-0 loss, replay, leaving the tournament early, a temporary ban or a permanent ban. 3. Every participant is required to be online in the chat of the tournament they are participating in. 4. Every player is responsible for his own connection and has to have a good internet connection to avoid possible ‘lag’. (EX. Axinn in UNIST AT ALL TIMES must be played on Training Stage). 5. Complaining about losing a game incorrectly after a match can not be taken into account in the final outcome of a match. If there are reasons to suspect that your opponent is not playing by the rules or serious lag occurs for a long time, report this to the admin before your opponent has taken benefit of the problem.
