netplay tourney #?

sup nerds heres another online tourney for this tuesday coming up
**********tourney will not run without minimum 8 entrants*********

Rules:
- new emu must be used (dl can be found in pins of lfg)
-character lock (you will tell me the character you choose to play for the entire tourney before it begins)
-all the standard shit (4 stocks, etc)

tourney will begin at 6:00PM AEST Tuesday the 29th
