Standard Off-meta Vehicle Format

Rules

Conquest - Players must win 2 matches with 2 different warlords from different factions to win the round. Warlords must be put in the sheet provided on Discord before the beginning of the tournament.

Standard - Isstvan 3 cards, the ones only playable in Legacy, are banned.

Off-meta - Only warlords that are not featured in the meta report of April and that are not in the ban list below are legal and therefore can be played. (https://www.horusheresylegions.com/april-2023-meta-report/)

Vehicle - Only vehicle troops, troops with ordnance, troops with vehicle in their description(troops that draw, buff, create,... a vehicle or vehicles in general or a specific vehicle) or troops generated by these troops are legal and can be played. All other troops, even if generated, can not be played. All tactics, unless featured in the ban list below, are legal.

More depending on a possible balance patch and testing.

Prizes

1st: 2500 Coins + 1 Legendary of Choice or 10 tickets
2nd: 2000 Coins
3rd: 1000 Coins
5th: 500 Coins
