Basics:

• As stated above, you must be a member of the LGBTQ+ Fighters discord, in order to participate in this event.
• Check-In for the event will begin 30 minutes before the event commences.
• The brackets will be seeded before the event begins.
• THIS IS IMPORTANT:  In the event that a disconnect happens, players will reconnect and the score of the previous matches will remain the same. The keyword here is matches, not rounds. If you're beating your opponent 1-0 and you're on the second round of the second match when the disconnect happens, the set shall continue from the second match.
• It's the responsibility of the winning player to record the results of the set on Challonge. We trust that you'll put the correct score. If there turns out to be an issue, please notify the Tournament Organizer right away.
  

Format:

• This tournament will be a double elimination bracket. Every match besides Winners Finals, Loser's Finals, and Grand Finals will be First To 2. The rest will be First To Three.

• Characters aren't locked. You may use whoever you like in this tournament. AKI is allowed! If you start off playing one character, that doesn't mean that you have to stick with them for the tournament's duration. That being said, character switches can only happen at the beginning of a set or after a loss.

Other Information: 

Please understand that because this is an online tournament, connection issues might be present. Although we'd like for each match to be smooth for everyone, this may not be the case. We ask that participants continue to play to the best of their ability, especially because this is an event For Fun! If these issues continue to persist, players will be given time to adjust their connection accordingly.
