appear in any set. Your character must use dice that can be proxied in from

any set. You do not have to actually create the card yourself, but if you do,

*For those that are unable or disinterested in creating a card to visually

Represent their entry, I will make a reasonable facsimile for you.

*All entries must be submitted by midnight PST Feb. 17^th

*The next 4 days will be the voting period, after which the top 3 cards will

be announced on the 21^st

*Players must then build a Silver Age/Orange Ban team which can include

as many of the top 3 cards as preferred.
