Group stage information:

• Each group will have 4 runners in it doing round robin, only 2 runners from each group will advance.
• There are points up for grabs for the both the winners and losers of the match.
• The winner of each match will gain 60 points.
• If the winner wins by over a minute they will gain 60 extra points
• If the loser is within 60 seconds of the opponent they will split the extra 60 points based on how much they lose by.
• E.g. The winner wins by 33 seconds they gain 60 points plus 33 points however the loser stole 27 points from the winner
