Formatting will depend on the number of signups. If <4 players sign up, Bo3 will be used.  Proposed rule sets are Standard or Standard + Unfair Mod.

MOD NAME: Unfair SC2 Americas

For Unfair Mod, for every 500 MMR differential between players, add 1 handicap to a maximum of 3. For players without an active ladder record, peak MMR will be taken with 500 subtracted. Only the mods posted below may be selected, as other mods available provide a larger handicap than intended. 

Unfair Mod List:

• Random Units (as seen on Dreamhack Atlanta)
• Chat (production is chatted to the opponent)
• Blink Wars (all units gain Blink after a certain time period has passed)
• Fog of War (removes FoW)
• Bounty (killing bounty units rewards the opposing player with minerals)
• Fair Macro (Chrono, injects, and MULEs are removed)
• No Minimap (minimap is removed)
• Order Costs (unit movement costs a percentage of their cost)
• Fair Play (Cannons can not do damage if 15 range outside of own Nexus)

Map pool is standard ladder maps unless alternate maps are mutually agreed upon.
