All participants are required to join the Winter Lodge Discord Server here ( https://discord.gg/UNTE4atWU7 ) before 6:00pm on 9/3/23. By joining the Discord Server the participant is automatically checked in and is checked in as ready to play.

Active participation is mandatory, be ready to play when you are called upon. If we determine that you are not participating in the tournament you will unfortunately be disqualified. Please plan ahead and make the necessary arrangements to make yourself available the day and time of the tournament.

Once the Starting Call is made any player who is not signed in to the discord tournament server will result in 2 strikes and an elimination from the tournament.
