Description:

Participants are to pay $10 plus taxes and fees per event.

$5 pays for their time and $5 goes towards prize support.

Location:

Participation at Clash eSports Center

Registration:

Casuals from 1600 (4 pm) to 1645 (4:45 pm)

Registration ends at 1700 (5 pm) on the event date.

Stages:

There will be double-elimination bracket play for the entire event if there are at least 8 participants.

If there are less than 8 participants, it will be Round Robin, sets of 3 matches, best 2 out of 3.

Bracket play:

Participants will be matched up with 1 other person at a time, for a set of 3 matches, best 2 out of 3 matches moves each participant up to another round.  Each player will need to lose a set twice before they are no longer part of the event. These scores will be collected by Clash employees.

Semifinals and Finals stages:

There will be a stage for 3rd place determination. Finals, semifinals, and 3rd place stages will all be the best 3 matches out of 5. These scores will be collected by Clash employees

Rewards:

The prize pool will be determined by the number of participants for each event.

• If there are less than 10 participants

1. 1st place will win 100% of the prize pool less $5 to go to 2nd place

1. 1st place will win 70% of the prize pool
2. 2nd place will win 30% of the prize pool

1. 1st place will win 60% of the prize pool
2. 2nd place will win 30% of the prize pool
3. 3rd place will win 10% of the prize pool.

Winner declarations will be the night of the event.

Terms of Service and rules:

Center Terms of Service:

• Guests must follow all posted and verbal instructions provided by Clash staff.
• Do not use profanity or engage in unsafe, illegal, or offensive behavior.
• Clash staff reserve the right to temporarily close for the purposes of maintenance or private events without prior notice or any compensation.
• Guests should not leave any valuables or personal belongings unattended. Clash is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the store.
• Food or beverage must be purchased on the Resort.
• No pets allowed except for service animals.
• No firearms or weapons permitted on Clash property.
• Respectful attire must always be worn, and Clash staff reserve the right to refuse service or expel guests with unacceptable attire.
• Clash staff reserve the right to eject any guest that in our opinion, may pose a risk to the safety of other guests and/or affect their enjoyment within Clash property.
• All guests entering Clash property are subject to the policies and guidelines as set forth by Clash staff.
• No soliciting
• Children under the age of 13 must always be accompanied by a legal guardian or adult while on Clash property.
• Additional revisions can be made upon the policies and procedures without any notice

Player Terms of Service:

• Tournament Waiver required for those participants under the age of 18.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late to the start of the event, understand that it will be recorded as a loss on your part, and you will be moved to the loser’s bracket.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late to the start of the loser’s bracket, you will be removed from the tournament altogether.
• Must have parental permission if under the age of 18 to participate in this event.  The cost to participate in these events is a one-time upfront cost of $10 plus taxes and fees, split evenly between prize support and venue fees.
• Toxic behavior or cheating will result in your disqualification from the tournament and forfeiture of your entry fee, these include but are not limited to:
• Teaming
• Distracting another player
• Abuse of venue equipment
• Excessive Trash talking
• Screaming
