1st: $200
2nd: $100
3rd-4th: $50 to each player
Additional prizes will be awarded for the highest ranking non-finalist Americas players.
Winner receives $50, second place will get $25. This will be determined in a separate Bo5 match (scheduling TBD)
This is an OSC Partnered event - the OSC Point Distribution is as follows:
1st 240 OSC points (+0.25 Pts x Number of players)
2nd 125 OSC points (+0.25 Pts x Number of players)
3rd + 4th 60 OSC points each (+0.25 Pts x Number of players)
5-8th 20 OSC points each (+0.25 Pts x Number of players)
9-16th 10 OSC points each
17-32nd 5 OSC points each
Plus 1x OSC Elite Rewards Club Guest Pass to the highest placing non club member.
Format:
Single elimination
Bo3 for every series except for the Bo5 finals.

Server Rules: Americas favored, Mutual Agreement. The usual but with fancier name

Seeding is based on general sentiment of overall tournament standings between Aligulac, ESL, OSC, and common knowledge.
Veto Process:
• Player on top in the bracket is A
• Bo3: ABABAB ABC
• Bo5: -AB +AB -AB +ABC (AB veto, AB pick, AB veto, ABC)
Other Rules:
• Check in begins one hour before the tournament starts. If players don't check in, they will be disqualified.
• Players may claim a walkover win if their opponent doesn't show up within 15 minutes. Contact an Admin to mark the walkover.
he chat channel is the players' primary method of contacting their opponents. Failure to be present in the in-game chat channel may lead to disqualification.
• If a draw happens for whatever reason, then that game must be played again on the same map.
• Players may stream their own games, but if they decide to, then they acknowledge the risks associated with doing so. Also, players reserve the right to decline any non-official caster who wishes to stream/observe their matches.
• No barcodes
• Race switching mid-series is allowed.
• No unauthorized casters, if you would like to cover the event contact organizers on sc2 channel or Discord: Dave, Eyescar, Brewknow, Stegosaurus, Steadfast.

• No cheating/hacking of any form is tolerated. Any offenders will be removed from the bracket and banned from future events.
• Excessive BM/toxicity is not tolerated as well. Should any players experience this in-game, send a screenshot to the admin for investigation and remediation.
• If you reach the finals and are unable to play, you will lose any prize awarded and be replaced by your opponent from the previous series.
