Stop at Nothing Tournament!

Premise:

Construct a deck where the power of every card ends in a 0 (e.g. 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 etc) 

Two days to build a deck. Tournament starts on Wednesday 21st. 

Tournament dates:

First round: Weds 21st 00:00 to 23:59 UTC (16 players)

Second round: Thurs 22nd 00:00 to 23:59 UTC (Quarterfinals)

Third round: Friday 23rd 00:00 to 23:59 UTC (Semifinals)

Fourth round: Saturday 24th 00:00 to 23:59 UTC (Finals)

Rules:

16 players max. 

You may change your decks between each game you play, if you wish. 

The base power value of every card used must end in a 0. 

If somebody is unavailable to play, despite attempts made to arrange something by their opponent, they automatically exit the tournament. If neither player is available, they both exit the tournament.

Number of matches to be played:

First round: max of three matches (if somebody wins the first two, no need to play the final match)

Second round: max of three matches (if somebody wins the first two, no need to play the final match)

Third round: max of three matches (if somebody wins the first two, no need to play the final match)

Fourth round: max of five matches (if somebody wins the first three, or three out of the first four, no need to play the final match(es))
