1. Cup Format

• Match setup: Private lobby (invite through steam)
• Tournament structure: Double elimination, no group stage
• Matches: Best of 3
• Grand Finals: Best of 5

2. Match settings

• Matches are to be played in "Competitive mode"
• Game Mode: Timed Stock
• Time limit: 7 mins, 3 Stocks
• Teams : Off
• Fighters: All allowed
• Character selection: blind pick
• Character counterpick: blind pick
• Maps: All maps are allowed apart from "Ice" which is banned
• Map picks and port priority: Players will play RPSLS (rpsls.net). The winner gets to pick a port, or the striking order. If the losing player selects the other. Maps are then struck 1-1-2-1
• Counterpick stages: The winning player bans up to 2 stages (1 in best of 5). The losing player then selects from the remaining stages.
• DSR: A player cannot counterpick a stage on which they have already won in the set unless both players agree.
• Maps are picked before characters.
