RULES:

-KAKYOIN is LEGAL

- Petshop is banned
-Loops are limited to 3 repetitions. -(S.Dio Loop, DIO Loop etc)

-Okizeme loops are legal.  e.g. Hol oki, Avdol ankh oki

-1 Tandem per combo. 2 Tandems allowed if the first causes a stand crash and ends right after. 

(ABCx5 > Stand crash on first repetition > rest of the tandem repetitions > into another tandem NOT allowed)

Fightcade 2 will be used, obviously. Not the legacy version, the new version utilizing jojobanr1

Only individuals who Qualified in previous tournaments or were invited may participate

- Avdol Ankh Glitch Aka Avdol Ghosting Glitch is Banned . Ankh is legal, but repeatedly using ankh to maintain iframes especially without spending the meter is not.

- Any  glitches are allowed as long as it doesn't make the game unplayable or locked. 

- Glitches are legal as long as the previous rule is not broken. Iggy/Jotaro softlock etc are legal means to win the final round of a set via timeout. 

-No macros besides 3xPunch

- No Debug Mode, if you are found to be playing the game with this on you will be banned. 

- Best of 3 (first to 2) matches for every set 

- Best of 5 (first to 3) for grand finals only

-If you are in Losers PLEASE play your matches up until top 8 unless otherwise specified
- PLEASE wait for the commentators to broadcast your match before you being playing if you have been selected. If you don't we wont see the background and health bars.

- PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE STREAM BEFORE THE START OF EVERY ROUND. YOUR SET MIGHT BE CALLED TO BE BROADCASTED/VIEWED. DO. NOT. PLAY IF YOUR SET HAS BEEN CHOSEN UNLESS YOU ARE DIRECTLY TOLD TO. 

- Your Challonge Name should be your Fightcade name (Or an extension of your username as long as its obvious who you are on fightcade. EG:  If your Fightcade name is "HenryBaller" and your Challonge username is "HenryBigBaller" this is fine.)
