No healing or regen (including miracles, excluding Sanctus and Server)

No hacking/lag switching

No spell swap, unless you're sick nasty and can do the toggle version

No GMB
No hcsm/pursuers

No TWoP/Stone GS r2

No tumblebuffing

No leaving the arena for extended areas of time

No prebuffing/precasting

No flexing/esm

Excessive lag = round forfeit, continuous lag = dq

No 60 FPS
No permaswaps
Double KO = draw and round will be replayed 
No RTSR or BTSR
