- USA/Canada Players Only

- Hard Wired Connection Only

- Wifi Connections are banned

- Tournament standard delay is 3F, but if the players wish to set it lower they are allowed to do so

- Don't stream if you are playing in the tournament. It will cost lag issues, etc
