Discord Server.  This is where results will be reported to the Event Administrator and uploads of replays will be privet messaged to Arctic Hydra with text stating the Tournament Series #, The round of play, the palyers, and the results.  example  -   Series 1, Round of 16 Bob vs Rob . Rob won 3 to 2.
  3. Server: In all inter-server matches, Americas will be the default server. Home server will be default for all intra-server matches. Players may play on a different server than the default server ONLY if both players agree.
  4. Race Switching: Allowed between rounds of play, NOT between game with in a best of "x" series. Random may not be played as it changes your race between game with in a best of "x" series.
  5. Game Invites: In the event of live casting only players and casters will be invited to casted games, no extraneous observers. If players choose to invite observers to non-casted games they are welcome to. The reason for this policy is to present a clean professional stream, encourage viewers to watch the stream, and eliminate as much lag and interruption as possible. Once you have finished a match, please wait for the casted match of the current round to finish before beginning your next match OR get permission to begin from the event admin in the chat channel. We would like to be able to show a variety of players, not follow the same player through the bracket. Also, depending on volunteer availability, the casters may need to be acting as administrators and we want to always have a match to present on stream.
  6. Series Length:  All matches are Best of 5.
  7. Vetoes: There are no Vetoes to be used.
  8. Conditions: Minimum of 8 players are needed to qualify for prize money

No Shows:  Players have until 9:00PM CST to make contact with their opponent and report the agreed date/time of their match to Arctichydra over discord.  If you can't find your opponent keep looking until Saturday, then report it to arctichhydra.  If your opponent does not show up at your agreed time, PM arctichydra.  I will pull a opponent form the waiting list.  If no players are available you will get a pass onto the next round.  eliminated players may place them self on the waiting list as well.
  11. Maps: Each match will start on a designated starting map for game 1 (see below).  The map played on for games 2 through 5 will be picked from the pool listed. the loser from the previous game will pick the next map.  A map can only be used one time unless listed for more than one use.
