Ninth tournament on the 2019 Crazy Battle Circuit. This tournament will feature Twinkle Star Sprites. The game will be played on Fightcade 1. All matches will be streamed at https://twitch.tv/crazyli825. Participants should make sure to be in the channel for communication purposes. For best results, make a note of your Fightcade name so I know who you are. Check-ins open an hour before start, so make sure to check-in or you will automatically be dropped from the tournament when it starts.

Memory and Mevious banned.

Since I want to capture all matches on the stream, make sure not to start before I begin spectating the match (use F3 to restart to give me more time to load). All players of all levels are welcome, even if you've never played the game before. Just make sure you have a stable, high-speed internet connection. If your connection makes matches unplayable, you will be DQ'd.

The tournament will be double elimination. If there are 8 or less participants, it will be best 2 out of 3 for the early rounds. The tournament will switch to best 3 out of 5 for the final matches for Winners, Losers, and the combined bracket. If there are more than 8 participants, the early rounds will only have 1 match each and the final rounds will be best 2 out of 3.
